Call-On-Doc's subscription service provides discounted rates for medical consultations. When you opt into the subscription plan, you pay $45 for the initial enrollment visit. This plan renews quarterly for $45, and while active, all visits are discounted to $15 per visit.

Our subscription plan includes access to discounted consultation visits and other benefits such as VIP status with dedicated patient support, a free Rx savings card, waived doctor's notes and waived prior authorization fees.

Patients can opt into the subscription plan during a visit. The first quarterly payment of $45 will cover the enrollment into the subscription plan and gives you your first visit free of cost.

Upon enrollment, you authorize Call-on-Doc to charge a recurring subscription fee of $45 to your payment card every three months. Once enrolled you will unlock visits at a discounted rate of $15 per visit.

No, the recurring subscription fees are non-refundable. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel the agreement in writing.
