A doctor's note, also known as a medical excuse note is often required by employers and educational institutions for individuals who need to miss work or school for medical reasons.
HOW IT WORKS
- Signin or sign-up
- Answer basic health queations and a valid reason for the absence
- You will be assigned a medical provider to review and determine if the excuse if appropriate or note

Refund Policy
The consultation fee is refundable if we're unable to write the letter. However, once the letter is written, the fee will no longer be refundable. Do not hesistate to leave any special instructions in the comment section for the doctors
